 Tip Lugo has been a tattoo artist and piercer for sixteen years. He is the proud owner of the shop Goodfeathers Tattoos and Piercings and now Baby blues Tattoos.

When the opportunity came up for him to take over Baby Blues Tattoos he said the decision was easy. As a former artist of the previous owner, he left in 2018 to open Goodfeathers Tattoos & Piercings but Baby Blues always held a special place in his heart. He hopes to carry on the name of Baby Blues in Bradenton.
