• Tattoos In Florida, you must be 16 years of age or older to get a tattoo with parent or legal guardian notarized consent.  The forms are available to pick up at the shop or you may print the form and bring it in with your state issued identification.
• Piercings For piercings all minors under the age of 18 will need to have a parent or legal guardian present along with a form notarized. Most piercings are up to the piercers discretion for age excluding private areas. Our piercers will not pierce any private areas on minors regardless of parental consent. 
• ALL Ages - You must bring a valid state issued identification.  Valid Id examples are 

                   Driver's License, State Identification card, Passport, (minors) school ID, Birth Certificate, drivers permit or license.
